Interacting During The Webinar |
We will be employing GoToWebinar to host the webinar. To join the webinar, please follow the unique link emailed to you in your registration confirmation and reminder emails. We recommend using a computer with a hardwired internet connection to limit possible disruptions; however, you can still connect to the webinar via wireless connection. (Please note that you may be required to install a small add-on application from GoToWebinar in order to connect to the webinar. This is to be expected and is necessary!) We ask that everyone join the webinar at least 10 minutes early to ensure that all technical issues are adequately addressed. If you do not have access to a computer, please see below for mobile connection options.

Due to the large number of attendees, everyone will automatically be muted upon joining the webinar. We ask that attendees hold questions until the allocated Q&A discussion time, which will vary depending on which lecture you are attending. During the Q&A, we will unmute anyone who would like to ask a question. You can indicate you have a question by using the hand-raising button on the GoToWebinar interface. You can also type your question in the "Questions" panel. If you would like to ask a clarifying question during the lecture phase of the webinar, please use the "Questions" panel, not the hand-raising button. If time permits and if relevant to the current discussion, clarifying questions will be answered verbally. All other questions will be addressed during the Q&A discussion time.

No Computer? No Problem!With the GoToWebinar app on your smartphone or tablet, you can join the webinar from anywhere. The app is free to download and is compatible with iOS, Android, and Windows Phone devices. Attending a meeting from your mobile device is as easy as tapping a link in your invitation – the app will do the rest! Can't Make It? Cancel Early!Due to the overwhelming excitement around this lecture series, webinars fill up quick. There is always a waiting list weeks in advance, so if you know that you will be unable to attend the lecture you registered for, please cancel your registration. A link to cancel your registration can be found in your registration confirmation or any reminder emails you have received.
